Costs

Prices for the entire villa per day. Minimum stay: 7 nights.
Check-in starts from 16:00. Check-out before 10:00.

Guests will be kindly asked to pay final and weekly cleaning costs, electricity, gas and water upon arrival. Regarding electricity, gas and water, while checking out the guests can verify the counter with the host and pay the difference if needed, or be refunded  in case the amount paid upon arrival exceedes the real consumptions.

1. No more than the maximum number of people (12 including adults and kids/infants) may occupy the property, as the host may ask people to leave if this maximum is exceeded.
2. The access to the swimming pool is limited to summer time, from the 1st of June until the 30th of September. During the other months, the pool is covered.
3. When it rains move any textile and carpet material under the canopy near the entrance of the house and close the sunshade parasols in the pool.
4. Clean the swimming pool every two days by using the robot. It takes 2 minutes to put it into the water.
5. Ask the owner in case you would like to move some piece of forniture from its original place and then replace it in its original position at the end of your stay.
6. In case you find any damaged object at your arrival in the property, show it to the owner in order to avoid being charged for it at the end of your stay. Rapidly tell the owner about any damage you may cause to the house in order to favor an easy repair and prevent further problems to the successive coming guests. You are personally responsible for anything you may break.
7. Use the designated litter containers and keep the property clear of litter.
8. Final cleaning costs (300 euros) and electricity/gas/water are not included in the rental. A down payment on expenses of 25 euros/day is requested to be paid upon arrival. At the end of your stay you can verify with the owner the effective consumptions of electricity/gas/water and pay the difference – or be refunded- if needed.
9. Only in case your stay last more than one week, a house keeper will clean the house at the end of the first week (and at the end of the successive weeks in case the duration of your stay exceeds three weeks). This cost is not included in the rental and will be charged 100 euros per time.
10. On your departure day, leave the property in the same condition as you found it at your arrival.
11. On your departure day, ensure that you vacate the property by 9am in order to let the host getting into the house and check that everything is ok. This checking-process will take approximately one hour. During this time it will be possible to verify with the owner electricity and gas consumptions which are not included in the rental. It’s strictly forbidden to leave the property during the night.
12. A caution of 1,000 euros is requested to be given upon arrival. This sum will be given back to you at the check-out.
